FOR THIS JULY CELEBRATION!
Please consider LED road flares instead of traditional flares! They are re-usable, re-chargeable and much safer for people and the environment. They pose no risks of burns or noxious fumes and can be switched off the moment the fireworks begin. They don’t leave dangerous spikes or residue.
LED flares will be available at the PLPA annual meeting or from stores such as Amazon.

New London has adopted a
fireworks ordinance
Fireworks are not permitted in New London with the exception of certain holidays. For the 2024 July 4th holiday, fireworks are permitted
on June 29th —July 6th.
Out of consideration for your neighbors, please end by 10 pm.
Please be responsible and consider the impact fireworks have on neighbors, pets, wildlife and the environment.
